What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, company), project briefs and files you upload, messages and review comments, and invoices and payments we record for your projects.
How we use it
To deliver your projects, run your client portal, send notifications you have not turned off, issue invoices and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.
Who can see it
Your project is visible to you, the team member assigned to it and BanglaFlick administrators. Team members see your project without your personal contact details.
Storage and retention
Data is stored with our hosting and storage providers. Review videos uploaded for feedback are deleted 15 days after upload. Project history, comments and final delivery links are kept for your records.
Security
Access is protected by authentication, role based permissions, encrypted connections and two factor authentication for administrators. Files are private and shared only through short lived links.
Your choices
You can update your profile, choose which emails you receive and ask us to export or delete your account data by contacting us.
